2.1 Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your plan, as specified on our website or in communication with you. Payments are non-refundable.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account login credentials or allow others to access Select Power's services using your account.
4. Usage Restrictions
You shall not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source of, or decrypt Select Power's product or any portion of it.
Use Select Power's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Select Power’s Property: Select Power retains all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including all related intellectual property rights.
5.2 User Content: Select Power does not claim ownership of any data, information, or material you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit to or through Select Power's services.
6. Termination
Select Power may terminate or suspend access to the services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
Select Power reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on Select Power's website. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Select Power's services are provided "as is" and "as available." Select Power makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Select Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.SMS Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, you agree that Select Power may send you SMS messages related to your account or requests, including appointment confirmations, event confirmations, reminders, follow up message series, and periodic marketing promotions if you have opted in to marketing messages. Message frequency may vary.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt out. For help, reply HELP. If you want to re subscribe after opting out, reply START.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By using Select Power's services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
